When is it worth applying?

A surgical consultation is indicated when a tooth is no longer suitable for conservative treatment, when wisdom teeth cause pain, inflammation, or push against adjacent teeth, and when a cyst or periapical lesion is detected in a radiological examination. Patients planning implants who have insufficient bone volume are also referred to a surgeon. In such cases, a bone graft or sinus lift allows for the reconstruction of the foundation for the future implant.

How the treatment is performed

We plan every procedure based on an examination and current radiological diagnostics. On the day of the procedure, we administer local anaesthesia and ensure it is fully effective. We operate gently, with maximum respect for the surrounding tissues, which accelerates healing. After the procedure, you receive clear post-operative instructions and a contact number for the clinic in case of any questions. We also schedule a follow-up visit, during which we assess the healing process and remove stitches if any were placed.

Frenectomy
